I installed e/os 2 weeks ago.
I have an issue with the default app “Message” (Qksms).
For some of my contacts, when they send me a text message, the phone number showed by Message is “33 6 XX XX XX XX”. And then when I want to send back a text message, the sending is impossible.
If the number is like “+33 6 …” or “06 …” there’s no problem. I think the “+” makes the diference.
The app doesn’t link with the contact app for this kind of number “33 6…” (the name is not showed), but if i touch the number it goes in the right contact in the contact app.
I’m in France, with a french number and I text to another french number.
If I change the number with “+33 …” it works again, but when the person sends me another text message, the number is again like “33 6 …”, and I can’t answer…
I tried to change my APN, but it doesn’t change anything.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8.
An idea about my issue ?

J’ai un problème avec l’application par défaut « Message » (Qksms).
Pour certains de mes contacts, lorsqu’ils m’envoient un SMS, le numéro de téléphone affiché par Message est « 33 6 … ». Quand je veux répondre par SMS, l’envoi est impossible “Le message n’a pas pu être envoyé”.
Si le numéro est sous la forme « +33 6 … » ou « 06 … », il n’y a pas de problème. Je pense que le “+” fait la différence.
L’application ne fait pas le lien à l’appli de contact pour ce type de numéro “33 6…” (le nom n’est pas affiché), mais si je touche le numéro, il va dans le bon contact dans l’application de contact (avec le numéro en “+33 6…” ou “06…”.
Je suis en France, avec un numéro français et j’envoie des SMS à un autre numéro français.
Si je change le numéro par « +33… » ça marche à nouveau, mais quand la personne m’envoie un autre SMS, le numéro redevient sous la forme « 33 6… », et je ne peux pas répondre… C’est assez handicapant. J’ai pas hyper envie de changer vers Signal ou une autre app.
J’ai modifié mes APN (j’avais un problème avec des MMS que je ne recevais jamais hors connexion de données mobiles), mais ça n’a rien changé à mon problème.
Mon téléphone est un Samsung Galaxy S8.
Une idée sur mon problème ?
