When charging it for the first time, everything I see is this screen and a bip sound :
What should I do? It doesn’t charge at all.

Does that mean a refurbished “star2lte” with /e/ pre-installed by the /e/ foundation?
Do you’ve the possibility to try a different charger plug and a different USB-C cable?

Apologies for this issue.
This is a conflict with the device humidity sensor. As mentionned by @archje please try with another USB cable to resolve the problem.

I tried with another USB cable and it works, thanks. So it seems that the cable sent with the mobile wasn’t working. Have anyone else had problems with the cable ?
I frequently test and flash custom ROMS. Again and again I experience that a USB cable that worked on device A doesn’t work on device B. Since I’ve made this experience several times, I know how to help myself quickly.
