Progressive Web Apps (PWA) different behaviour in /e/?

Hello,
I am a little into HTML, CSS and JavaScript programming. Not for money, just for fun. At the Moment I am trying out the so called Progressive Web Apps Feature (PWA). Normal behaviour is, that you have a webpage, offering an “install” feature, so that you can use the APP offline. Even after rebooting the device. Which is the case when I use Googled devices.
When I use /e/ I have occasionally to go online before I can reuse the app. Especially after reboot. Does anybody know about this behaviour? Has this something to do with the privacy of /e/? Is there a simple setting to solve this?
Thanks for helping

Regain your privacy! Adopt /e/ the unGoogled mobile OS and online servicesphone

I’m going the simple way. I’m adding ‘?force=pwa&source=mlpwa’ behind the normal URL and save it on desktop

If the webpage has the pwa feature included, you will now have a pwa and you can use all cached informations offline.
I have just tried it with https://community.e.foundation/?force=pwa&source=mlpwa
and it works fine

Thanks for answering. I will have a try
