Question about battery information on eos

Dear Community

I have a question about the reliabllity of the battery infomration at E OS.

I commissioned a mobile phone store to change the battery of my google pixel and handed them a completely new battery.

He said that he successfully changed the battery but now I have a weird feeling:

According to battery information, the rated capacity is other than that of the battery I bought. the battery state is “good” (not very good as expectable) and that the battery was loaded a few days before which is impossible.

I didnt look at the battery information before I let change it, but there are only 2 possiilities: The store didnt change anything… or E Os doesnt support or actualise the battery information of google pixel?

Is there anybody who has experience with this issue?

Have you fully charged the phone, then reboot the phone? If not try it then check results again.

I will truy out this.
I now also have read that Android/Samsung offers the possibility to update the akku information by entering a service code on the telephone keyboard … Does such a service code exist for E OS too?

The app DevCheck (Version 5.46 flar2.devcheck) from App Lounge does give some battery information, not sure if it will include the forensic details you would like to see … or perhaps search for any other app that can collect battery info.
