Quick tiles on the lock screen

Bring back the setting for disabling quick tiles on the lock screen.

On my Fairphone 4 some of the quick tiles (camera, microphone, location) are protected when the screen is locked, which is good. But some of the other tiles are not protected when the screen is locked like internet, bluetooth, airplane mode and wifi which in my opinion is not good. Is this a bug? I checked on snowden phone (graphene os) and there all tiles are protected (use pin or swipe code) before you can alter the quick tiles.
