I have just got a fairphone 6 and changed from gmail to murena.io
I have sent several emails, as I am updating details on many apps, accounts, contacts, etc.
My last email wouldn’t send. The error message states:
Ratelimit “user” exceeded.
What can I do about this and why did it happen? Help gratefully received!

The free email account is limited to maybe 3 or so emails per hour.
As you reported it here an Admin will contact you before long.
You are right not to disclose account details on the open forum.
Hi @Jamcanary there is a limit on free account usage. It is about 2-3 email in an hour. This count includes the recovery emails. I have passed on the details to the infra team to check. They usually take about 2 working days to get back. Will share the response here in this thread.
