How can I recover the password to open my CryptPad in Murena Vault?

I have a 20GB subscription. Is the password the same as the one I log into my Murena.io account or do I have to sign up separetly? Every time I try to reset my Murena,io password, I get this:

Hi! No your password for Murena Vault is different (unless you made them the same). It cannot be reset, this is a consequence of the true end to end encryption that protects Murena Vault.
Your Murena Workspace (Murena.io) password CAN be reset. If you are experiencing problems with this, you can contact the Murena Helpdesk at Contact Us
