Recovery email address

Hi all,

I just received this email:

We’ve amended our Terms of Service with new elements. These elements relate to:

• the need to add and verify a recovery email address to be able to keep your free account. The goal of this restriction is to limit the creation of spam accounts and preserve the reputation of our email service for all users.

• our new Murena Voice to Text solution for Premium users in /e/OS

The updated Terms of Service are available at: Murena. By continuing to use Murena Workspace, you are agreeing with these terms.

The link takes me to the ToS page but gives no indication of how to either find out if I have a recovery address, or how to add one if needed.

I followed this thread: [Just received a query from murena asking to provide an email], but it gets me nowhere, in the Security section there is no mention of any email address.

It would heve been extremely helpful if this information had been included in the communication!

Would anyone care to enlighten me please?

Thanks for your reply, but how do you think I found the thread I followed? Your link takes me to the same thread.

To add or check if you have a recovery mail you can go to the security section on your cloud account.

Thanks Manoj, it’s easy when you know how. Now why couldn’t I find that without asking?
