It’s my everyday phone so i can’t use UNOFFICIAL Build, But will there be a COMMUNITY version based on Android 14/15/16 with latest security patches.

/e/OS “community” branch mostly depend on LineageOS “official” branch..
You cannot use Unofficial or test Build for every day use you wouldn’t get security updates or bug fixes.

so chance is quite null !
I installed it with miui 12.5.4 and miui 12.5.6 as a base, clean data, clean caché. Result: Bootloop.
