Regarding the Murena cloud service

Hi I’m Kjell
A week ago I received a new Murena Fairphone 5. I have set up an email account xxxx@murena.io and Murena ID. But there is a lot that I don’t understand yet, including how I get a personal cloud account, or have I received it automatically. In any case I can’t understand how to access or find my cloud account.
Please help.

Hey,
you automatically earn 1gb free cloud storage.
But actually there is a service outage since 6th october.
If i remember correctly, there was an announcement that they will try to get services back online in early february.

If you want to know more about it, take a look.:

You would have had to follow this procedure Create a free Murena Workspace account.

You might check, if you visit murena.io [1], if you did create an account, you should be able to login with your ID.

But as said by @kipry it is only part functional and if / when you do log in you will see this as a header.

This version of Murena Workspace allows a minimal access only. This means some configuration you set previously (e.g. additional mail accounts) as well as some functionalities (e.g. Files, PGP) may not be there. You’ll find them back when everything goes back to normal.

Tonight I have tried to login in Murena Workspace. But I have got the error “could not reset password because the token is invalid” ??? What can I do now ?

Hi Johan

Thanks for your email, I see no reason why you can’t get into Murena workspace. You state that there would be some invalid character in the password. I have no problems logging into Murena Workspace.

NOTE: It must be a capital letter as the first letter

Hi Kjell,

Thanks for your quick answer ! After that I have a new password inserted. 14 characters. The first was a capital , followed by 5 small characters 1 a capital again and followed by 2 numbers. To much ?

1 capital, 5 small characters, 1 capital, 5 small characters and 2 numbers…

The reaction of the system was : Could not reset password because the token is invalid

You can request password reset again.

Thanks for your reaction. But how are the rules for the passwords ? How many characters ? 1 capital on at first, but are more capitals valid ? Numbers and how many ? Special characters ?

I am getting the error : token does not exist What does that mean ? Samples of special characters @ $
