I just downloaded the “Rejsebillet” app to buy tickets for public transportation in Denmark. But unfortunately I can’t create an account in the app. After entering my phone number, the app responds with a message stating that “a suspicious activity is detected, please try again later”. I’ve tested as well with tracker blocking, firewall etc. disabled. So I’m wandering if anybody else had any luck getting that particular app up and running?
my debug is from a unlocked, FP3 userdebug. A locked user device should give a better verdict (basic). Let’s see if there’s a device owner that can log on
Does anyone know if Murena is trying to get non-funtioning apps to work on their system? I’m truly motivated to stay, but some apps are just too important. M”itID” for instance, is integrated in the Danish infrastructure, and it doesn’t work on /e/OS, but fortunately there is a semi acceptable alternative. Likewise with this app, but it is suboptimal. Should this be reported somewhere? Can I do that myself? I’m just a user, no expert at all.
By the way. I just tried to login again to the Rejsebillet app and this time it works. Strange!! It didn’t use to work for me either. Maybe it works for you now also?
I do use the DSB app, but the Rejsebillet app replaces the DOT app that sell special occasion transportation tickets, like at big concert events or other large events in the city (like 24 hour tickets etc.). So it is not a big loss for me, however I would use it, if it worked. It is also this app that is recommended to tourists visiting Copenhagen.
Yesterday the app was updated to version 1.11.3 on my device, so I tried again, but still no luck. But then I tried once more with Wi-Fi off and phone connected to the cellular network, end then it suddenly worked!
