Relocking the bootloader on Fairphone 6

I just finished installing e/OS on a new Fairphone 6. Now I would like to relock the bootloader. It feels a bit dirty leaving it open.

I am aware that relocking can trigger a bricking if the security patch level on the OS is lower than when the bootloader was unlocked.

Before installing, I did check my Android security patch. Sadly, I noted down the ‘Android security update’ value and only now see there is also ‘Vendor security patch level’. I feel uncertain about which value should be used.

Is there any way for me to find the original security patch level? Would knowing the ‘Android security update’ help? Or should I leave the bootloader unlocked untill I am certain the security patch is older than the phone’s original?

Thanks in advance!

That is the relevant one.

Vendor SPL is different and it is only the Android SPL involved in the rollback hazard.

What good news! Thank you very much
