Repair Mode on Pixel Devices

I guess this falls under Google since I have a Google Pixel 7a, which I know is a community supported device, however I ran into a problem on the google side that is the lack of Repair Mode. I am not saying we need it, because what I can do is flash it back to Android and use it there but then need to flash back, which is ok. But I want to raise the question is it possible to keep Repair Mode in e/OS or is that not supported by lineageOS or just not an option for custom roms?

It is a community build. I hope you don’t think that the community is supporting this device. The name of the build can be misleading.

Anyhow repair mode, if my search checks out is a Google feature on Pixels. Don’t think it is available for LOS or /e/OS
