Request for updating newsletter preferences - no email recieved

The title basically says it all. I used my murena email address and am using the web interface. Nothing in my spam folder - that would be weird.

To understand the issue better, I assume you updated your newsletter preferences using the web interface but did not get any notification if the preferences were saved?

Yes, that is part of it. I was also expecting something showing what my current settings were after being saved.

The back story is that I was signed up for the newsletter, but am interested in the Murena Pixar tablet, so I signed up for what I thought was a separate publication about arrival time of the tablets. Then I saw that there was a separate box to check for Murena products and promotions, which I then checked. As I haven’t received any mail, I am not sure what I will receive, nor does there appear to be a way to change the settings for what communication is received from Murena.

Can you check with a different browser if not already done. I just tested this and it worked for me. Got an email immediately with a link to Manage subscription. Changed my preferences and went back and see them updated.

Unfortunately, nothing. I have used Waterfox and Chromium browsers, and I am logging into my email account on murena.io with Waterfox, but I have also tried with Betterbird…
