Return phone, no response

I purchased a fairphone phone with murena pre installed, it worked well until i tried transferring my address book which I got stuck on. Tried uploading via excel csv file but didnt work. I need to return the phone as i was told 14 days return policy. Ive had no response to my ticket and its been around ten days now. Any advice? Many thanks

In Europe, if you notified an intention to return within 14 days, that is all that is required.

If you try again, you contacts need to be imported as .vcf.

Thanks for sharing the ticket number. Have passed it to the team to respond. Since you already have the ticket registered within the return period, a delay in responding from the helpdesk side should not be a problem.
