Hello. I bought, but would like to return a phone from this website. I understand there is a 14 day policy on returning, and I have messaged them. If they don’t respond in time, will I still get a refund?
Yes you will get your refund even if the helpdesk did not respond within the time period. Pl share the helpdesk ticket number and I can ask them to respond to your ticket ASAP.
The support system has dedicated people now, much different than a year or two ago. If I were you ,it’s a good idea to give them a chance.
Murena are good with customer service. If you were dealing with Fairphone people then you’d be up shit creek…
