I purchased degoogled fairphone 6 with murena os pre-installed. I want to return the phone (its been 4 days since it was delivered, and still under the 14 days return window). I have already submitted the online request at Contact Us (as mentioned in Murena Terms and Conditions), but haven’t received any response or RMA. Also tried sending an email but got no response.
