Hello, I have the latest version of the app from Aurora Store (RingGo 7.79.0.2). I am using /e/OS 3.2 on a Fairphone 6. No previous issues - last used on 22nd November so we have a new app version as of 11th December. Today, when I try to log in, I get the following message:
"Info
As an added security measure, logins require the latest version of the app. Please ensure your app is up to date and try again. If your app is up to date but you continue to see this message, please try closing the app fully and try again, or try reinstalling the app".
I am able to login to Ringo online, just not on the app. I’ve enabled all trackers, tried without using a VPN. Tried reinstalling the app too, same message. Tried on Wifi and 4/5G, same issue. Tried with the Ringo app from the /eOS/ App Lounge too - just incase there was a different version. Same issue.
Suggests an issue with the latest update. Anyone else getting this at all?
Thanks! Yeah I’ve reached out to support. Got a feeling it’s related in some way shape or form of the Garmin Connect issue many users experienced in September 2025. Will post up if there is a resolution from them.
