S10+ | SM-G975FD | Installing the /e/ Recovery on your beyond2lte | Issue installing

Hello all,
Facing an issue when trying to install /e/ on a S10+ SM-G975F/DS.
Existing Android version: 11
Developed options: Unlocked
OEM Unlocking: Enable
USB debugging: Enable
USB: Transferring files

Then :

Installing the /e/ Recovery on your beyond2lte

1. Download the /e/ recovery (linked in the Download section above)
2. Power off the device and connect the USB adapter to the computer (but not to the device, yet).
3. Boot into download mode:

• With the device powered off
• hold Volume Down + Bixby and connect USB cable to PCAccept the disclaimer, then insert the USB cable into the device.

4. On the computer, open a command prompt (on Windows) or terminal (on Linux or macOS) window in the directory the recovery image is located, and type

heimdall flash --RECOVERY recoveryfilename.img --no-reboot

Replace recoveryfilename with the name of the recovery you downloaded

5. A blue transfer bar will appear on the device showing the recovery being transferred.

At this point I got an error message.
On PC:
Recovery upload successful.
Error: Failed to receive session…
On S10+:
Custom Binary (RECOVERY) blocked By OEM Lock,

When rebooting manually, it goes direct to Android.

Any idea what I missed ?

For recent Samsung, there are additional protections from samsung !
SADLY, for the moment, better and easier is to use .TAR files with the Odin flash tool on a windows machine…
don’t forget to flash vbmeta before recovery.

Merci.Could you point me to more detailed guide on how to proceed?
I am not familiar with vbmeta neither.

I have never use it as i don’t use recent devices
simply flash the vbmeta.tar fisrt, just before the recovery.tar

Question to /e/ team,.how do we know that a model is actually not compatible /e/ while being listed as such in the supported devices list?

Oups ! i haven’t seen this , it is not properly unlocked.
