S8 stuck on boot at the end of the encription

I unstalled /e/OS R on S8, rooted it as usual, tested some apps working and then encrypted by chosing the menu option.
He asked my the PIN twice.
He rebooted showing me remaing time for the encryption process.
It asked me PIN again and then reboot.
Now I have a smartphone showin “e” with a dot bouncing forever… is it right for you?
How can I fix it now ?

same issue for me… after a clean restore and a second attempt it worked… never know what was wrong…
Now my question is? Can I remove the encription without losing data in order to make a nandroid backup with twrp ? Android is very boring to me.
