Unfortunately there is no Linage OS version.
But I think there are enough capable developers who could do it, right? Is it hard to build a Linage OS version? And how hard is it to build the /e/ OS? 
More info: The device has
a much too sensitive screen and sometimes recognizes touches
too early. Therefore, you mistype much too quickly.
I hope someone can support the device. I would also test it extensively!
