Having recently bought a smartphone to the /e/ foundation, I would like to migrate my old device on /e/ in order to go on trekking holiday without the fear to break or get stolen my new phone.
My old phone is a Galaxy J1 that recyclers would offer me 10€. Nevertheless, it is robust and still works.
Would it be possible to build a /e/ Rom for that device ?
I can give a feedback on the install process.

There are different versions of the Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016): J120F (Global); Galaxy Express 3 J120A (AT&T); Galaxy Amp 2 (Cricket); J120H, J120M, J120M, J120T. Also known as Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) Duos with dual-SIM card slots.
For the model SM-J120H I quickly found an unofficially TWRP Recovery and a LineageOS 14.1 Android 7.1.2 Nougat custom ROM.
Mine is a SM-J120-FN
