Samsung Galaxy S10+ Not Making Calls

A couple weeks ago the phone stopped reliably making and receiving calls. Now it won’t do it at all. I tried the SIM in my old phone and it works. Contacted the carrier and exhausted their troubleshooting ideas and confirmed the correct network settings.

Anyone have any ideas?

Try the following: In > Settings, navigate to > Reset options :: Network, apps or device can be reset.

In Reset options, select Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth. This will reset all network settings, including: Wi-Fi, Mobile data, Bluetooth. Confirm with > Reset settings.

Now reboot your device, set up Wi-Fi again and check APN for SIM Card Carrier, which should have adjusted themselves.
