is there something like a roadmap or a ranking of devices that are next to be added for official support? I’m asking to get some sort of idea how much hope there is for the S10e.

We did have a roadmap for adding devices. The initial list was completed over the first couple of weeks this year. We will be adding more devices over the rest of 2021. The week on week update can be seen here
The easiest for us to add are the devices which already have Lineage support.
For those without Lineage support we need ROM Maintainers to volunteer to build and maintain the devices.

Alright, thank you for your fast response! I see that it’s not yet on the list.
Afaik there is currently no one continuing the ROMs of @Anghirrim or @petefoth and there only unofficial LineageOS Builds.
The S10e looks great and makes perfect sense for official support, based on the interest in this thread and the groundwork that’s been done already. Should be relatively easy for someone to take up the reins?

Is this still the case with R? They are a must have.
Just got an update from the LOS maintainer for the device that TWRP could create a problem …specifically it will cause issues on these devices and eventually even force users to wipe in order to boot up again after an OTA (this is due to TWRP messing with FBE encryption)
The suggested method by the maintainer is to avoid TWRP and instead use the Lineage recovery .
Checking with the team if the lineage recovery will work with the /e/ build and also if the /e/ recovery will be updated to accommodate these changes
Will also check how to add this to the documentation for the S10 devices

It is a normal success message, you have to reboot

no Total xfer: 1.00x message on the PC and no ’ Script succeeded result was [1.000000]’ message on the phone.

/e/ is an Android system.
When a custom recovery is installed.
If stock OS boot, it is probably because you didn’t wipe the /system partition.

I didn’t use TWRP. s10e has its own solution. There is no mention of TWRP in the install doc.
Please support this device. The quality vs cost of it is amazing. Also, it’s not a Chinese brand which IMO is a plus. How can you support freedom and privacy and still support Chinese brands ?
