I have a SCV38 (open Japanese version, bought from a german ebay reseller as SM-G960F 
- but your easy-installer rejected to install), and was able to root the device (OEM-unlock option appeared simply by inserting a valid SIM card), and could install a LineageOS 17.1 from this “master-of-universe” aka klabit
Works like a charm. Now my question: Is it possible to build a e-proejct Snapdragon version for S9, too?
