Hello,

my daughters Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 crashes, no matter which app is used…
e/OS 0.18 is currently installed.

It crashes more often during battery operation.

Does anybody know this problem?

Mine does this from the beginning. I did not find anything about a bug so I tought It would be a Hardware-related problem. Maybe it still is, but I have a solution that works 95% of the time: Setting Brightness down to ~90%. Good luck!

But now the device no longer starts… I think the battery is deeply discharged and therefore defective…
I ordered a new one
