Before you can look for a ROM you must know the device codename [HOWTO] Find device codename.
Traditionally Samsung phones marketed in USA have been required to have a locked bootloader. Sumsung identify these phones by a “U” at the end of the Product name.
Unless you find a source to tell you that you can unlock the Bootloader even a GSI will be impossible.
