I do not have install instructions unfortunately - I found a working manifest file while building for another device with the same MSM8916 chipset…

Oh boy, what a trip down memory lane – I tried this build a long time ago ~2 years:

Only Recovery I ever got to work(I have two SM-T560):

twrp_3.0.2-1_sm-t560

Any other recovery failed with just a red | when booting, including:

e-1.17-q-20231217-UNOFFICIAL-gtelwifiue-recovery.img

and I continue with

But maybe the the ROM is really only for:

SM-T560NU

as per ODIN-Mode mine is a:

SM-T560

I was not a member of this forum back then, so I just tested again today and add this information.

Maybe as a warning, that it works for SM-T560NU only and not SM-T560
(both are called Galaxy Tab E wifi 9.6, as far as I understand)

Yes gtelwifiue is SM-T560NU.
Do you have maybe sources for SM-T560 gtelwifi?

For eOS one can only build from Nougat onward (CM14) - 11 is too old.

I found at least Nougat sources for the LTE version, sometime those also work on the WIFI variant.
