SAS app not workint

A015 CMF. e/os 3.1.1-a14-20250831522230-community-tetris.

App is Scandinavian Airlines app (SAS app).

Newest version of this app (5.45) started misbehaving on e/os, as it comes up with “Internal server error! please try again later”
Have tried clearing cache and storage. Tried enabling all google services and device registration etc.
Installed version 5.43 through aurora (disabling updates on aurora and App lounge) and disabled VPN - VOILA - app worked.
Now idiot as I am, I tried to uninstall 5.43 and install 5.44 (just to see, ya know?), and it didn’t work.
HOWEVER - as I installed 5.43 again, it came up with “Internal server error! please try again later”

I’ve tried deleting cache and storage before uninstalling the app.
I’ve tried deleting cache and storage on aurora and re-installing aurora.

I’ve tried with way older version, but no joy.

Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening, and how I can get it to work?? How can 5.43 work once, but not twice!?

Over how long a period has this been going on? Checking with SAS I see Solved: Internal server error? - SAS Support Communities.

Hi aibd. Thanks for the answer. I’m sorry for being inaccurate - the app in question is the Scandinavian Airlines app, not the other SAS.
I realize this app is mostly for Scandinavians, but I use it very much as I travel a lot with work.

My bad for not double checking what I was posting, but the question of duration of the problem remains, please try later is quite commonly a remote problem.

As a temporary workaround I see that SAS - Scandinavian Airlines – Book Your Next Flight on Flysas.com does allow “Add to Home screen” that is, Add a shortcut.

Yes I’m aware of the shortcut, but the web application is seriously limited compared to the app. It really sucks…

I do remember that the problems started prior to the latest e/os update. But on earth can it work once, but not twice ;)!?

For no reason I can think of, the app worked this morning. No reboot, VPN on. Just worked after several months of not working.
