Same thing for me; except that I’ve never had those in the past.

Murena CMF by Nothing Phone 1, /e/os 3.3. This phone was reset to the factory settings yesterday.

When you say ‘soft errors’ Pl can you share what errors are you seeing. Will need more details as to what application while running is showing these errors. Screenshots or error messages would be helpful.

Same here…getting notifications from account manager whilst I’m not running any apps. Notifications for email, contacts and webmail all stating ‘Soft error (max retries reached)’.

I swipe them away and they will reappear again a few hours later stating the same message.

Yesterday we had a downtime on Murena cloud services. Post which all services were restored.
Are you facing the issue at present.

I’ve got the same Problem since updating to 3.3. Also FP6 with pre-installed e/OS.

Additionally i lost contacts with the update/since this Problem occurred. I hope they are back, once this is solved..

Yesterday, I got a message asking me to log in again into my account because improvements had been made to the account management. I did it and things seem to work well now.

Yes that is what I have also had in the past when using FP3+, also purchased from murena and it was during the recovery period after the servers went down in 2024.
