Seeking over the phone help

I got my new Fairphone 4 Friday night and in the eSIM transfer process from ATT on my old iPhone, i accidentally redownloaded the eSIM on my old device. Now i cannot use it on my new device and im trying to figure out how to correct the error so I can start enjoying my service. I have a second phone number that i could use to talk to someone through the process. Is there not a helpdesk number to call?
