Can’t find the information available.
Also, is there a user manual available for download?

Can someone help me to transfer my pictures (Gallery & images) from internal memory to SD Card please?

Using the Files app, first you must bypass “Recent”; pull a menu from top left.
Select Internal storage (which will be defined as your device-name) > DCIM > OpenCamera > Select one or more images > Top right hand 3 dot menu > move > Navigate to destination folder > Move.
