Sending email problem

I’m trying to send email from my mobile or from the web interface murena.io
and it’s not working.
I can receive emails.
I try with an other email address e.email and everything is working fine.
I don’t know what can I do

it’s working if I use the same address email with @murena.io instaed of @e.email without changing other parameters

Don’t use an alias address. It doesn’t work at the moment. My two addresses are also not equal, the e.email address works, the other doesn’t. If I add more addresses they also do not work.
