Serial console enabled

My new Murena Teracube 2e has had a dot with a circle on the status bar continuously since I started using it. It says “Serial Console Enabled. Performance is impacted. To disable, check bootl…”

I am super low tech and don’t know how to fix this, or if it needs to be fixed.

Can anyone help me with this?
