Setting up Bitwarden on Samsung Galaxy S5

Hi all. New here to eos. Just installed the software on an old Samsung S5. It went well but i am having trouble setting up Bitwarden. Downloaded the app and put in correct login credentials but comes back with “an error occurred”. No other info to try and dissect. Have tried multiple times, powered off, restarted, uninstalled app and downloaded again but still same generic error. Has anyone encountered this or had issure with Bitwarden? Not sure if there are any of the privacy setting causing this. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Really liking the software so far!

Maybe the “Hide my ip” from Advanced Privacy?
