Every time I go to the settings and click on ‘Apps - recent apps default apps’ the settings app crashes. Does anyone know why and how to fix it? (/e/OS v3.3)
Okay, I think I finally figured it out. I use Shelter for some unpleasant apps 
and accidentally froze the settings app in Shelter / work profile.
I repeated it, freeze/unfreez the settings app in Shelter. It again showed the same behavior, everything seems to be working except the ‘apps – recent and default apps’ part.
All good now 
[Edit: Only thing I do not quite understand is why booting in safe mode did not affect the problem in any way…]
