The last command ‘modem_a’ will not be finished until now (about 15 minutes).

In the 4th row it says, the phone is in fastboot mode. Next step says the phone is in regular bootloader mode. The screen on the phone says “START” in big green letters and “Fastboot mode” in yellow letters.
Any ideas?
