Should the files I download for /e/ be unzipped before doing the flash process?

Do I need to unzip the files I download for my particular phone off of /e/ before I do the whole flash process?

That depends on the phone you want to install to. It will be indicated in the respective install instructions.

Hi @Ddub5c In my case for Samsung S7 that’s not necessary. I did not know that some phones may need that… My guess is that TWRP can handle compressed files smoothly :smiley:

Ok thank yall. My phone is a Pixel 2 and they only have an unofficial build. It does not mention extracting the files in the instructions so I guess that means it’s not necessary?
