I found that calls between /e/ phones stop ringing after a while. There’s a notification of the incoming Signal call visible but no audible ringing. Is this a known problem?
Phones are currently on v2.9 community.

Meanwhile my Molly is rather quiet. You get it working after a reboot and the ntfy setting, but then after an hour or so it’s again quiet.

That thread is about Molly and the discussion revolves around UnifiedPush, so that seems to be a separate discussion.
Anyhow, I have Fairphone 4 with /e/ OS 3.4 official. Signal rings as expected. However, some people with regular Google Android phones often complain to me that when I call them via Signal, it does not ring. So might be a more general Signal problem and not /e/ OS related.
Did you set the setting ‘not direct calls’ (hidding ip … something something)?
For me that setting (which I set myself) was the problematic one. Others would just see missed calls but nevermget the actual ring. For me it was the same, no ring just missed call
