I forgot one thing…

The Sunrise operator stopped their 3G network in mid-2025. Calls can therefore only go through VoLTE or Wi-Fi calling.

→ VoLTE may not be enabled by default:

  • Settings on the smartphone

And

  • Contact the operator to update the SIM card and activate VoLTE.

Or

  • Activate VoLTE on the SIM card (with code #xxx).
