I bought a true move simcard in Thailand. The Fairphone 4 recognizes the card but it does not show any bar.
The same card would work on my friend s normal phone.
What to do?

Not sure whatmis not working could be that the bands of Fairphone 4 are not the same as used by the provider.
If the bands are alright it is usually a problem of APN settings. Look on your providers website for thoos APN settings, ever provider has thoose
