[solved] Anonymous Login Failed

Using /e/OS Troubleshooting

Hi People,

This afternoon I received my new Fairphone 4 from Murena. Everything is configured and works but with the exception of App Lounge for common apps,…(?)
Opensource and PWAs are available but when selecting common apps as well I get the error message: Anonymous Login Failed. No matter what I do. (Obviously I don’t want to login with a Google account)

I still have a Samsung S4 installed with /e/os that I used a a test phone. Both App lounge and Aurora Store just work fine on that phone. So I figure the store in not down.

I have no clue what I am missing,…

I’v spend a lot of time to trying to install Yellowbrick. In fact anonymus connection seems to create a problem. Thus I have used a Google account ( garbage account)

I think I found what my (noob) issue is. I have to grant App Lounge access to other / potentially unsafe apps in settings → apps → App Lounge → Install Unknown apps
I now can install Signal and will close permissions again.
