Hi community,
tried to create another calendar within ecloud via web interface - works.
Now tried to get it synced with my phone - no way.
Checked it on two phones with Etar and Simple Calendar. The additional cal does not show up in the list of ‘calendars to sync’.
Can anybody confirm this or correct me?

Account settings -> caldav -> "re-detect calendars’ (rough translation) -> resync -> done.
