[SOLVED] - Apps store not update

Using /e/OS Troubleshooting

Hello,
With /e/OS 0.7-20200215 on a HTC M8, my app store launch at device start but all apps update are KO.
To install a new app, it’s KO => the app store closed alone with message : “apps a cessé de fonctionner”
To upgrade one or more apps, it’s KO, same message
With differents settings to download and install, it’s KO
With a reboot, it’s KO

Could you help me ?

If you will search the forum, you will find dozen’s of posts related to this.
apps store has a lot of bugs. better use f-droid and aurora from f-droid

Hello,
I found a solution: external SD card is failed…
I deleted the SD card configuration from the /e/ system and app store is now available !!! :slight_smile:
