Yes, I tried Harvey’s method186 to reboot into recovery as it proposed by the prompt to reinstall.
but my screen is stuck on :

Okay, I don’t know how, but I managed to get on Twrp.
But when I do adb device, the phone’s in recovery?
ah ok . j’ai regardé ce topic , mais je n’ai pas les mêmes erreurs.

pas de problemes , j’y connaît rien aux AB device
à part qu’il y a 2 partitions boot, ou peut-être même 2 OS bootables ?

du coup je suis dan twrp , mais quand je vais dans install pour installer de nouveau eOS comme me l’a dit harvey186 (sans rien effacer ) je ne trouve pas le ZIP ? (je l’ai portant mis dans platform-tools ?
Plateform tools, c’est sur ton PC non ?
C’est le répertoire d’ou partent les commandes

mais comme qand je fais adb device il trouve mon device mais en mode recovery et non fastboot . (je sais pas si sa a un lien)

In the warning message on the OnePlus screen, by “attackers” they means someone who have your device in his hand and/or can boot it in TWRP mode,
So don’t be so unquite !
Also this issue may be solved with “v-1”,
we should be allowed to relocking the bootloader
.
ÉDIT : OK @harvey186 YOU ARE RIGHT, i have read : it should be implemented, but “not until v-1” and without date of annoncement, but it is on the road map as it is possible on the FairPhone3
