Three years ago, the focus of the community forum was people helping people. At the time, as a newbie, who had never used a cell phone before, I made a lot of requests and @tcecyk straightened me out quickly and said, “read the tutorials.”. It stung but it was helpful advice. As time went by, I found some questions asked in the forum seemed simple to me, however MANY newer people seemed to be helped by someone else asking the question and threads were started.
For about six months earlier this year I was out of the loop and when I got back to the forum…lots of changes and it was hard catching up. Apparently, some of my contributions were not appreciated but i can assure you they were not spam! With three “red marks” on my re cord over a couple months its time for me to say maybe dont be impulsive as I have found myself sometimes. Read it ( every one you question) sleep on it and get out the red pencil tomorrow. The first red mark you gave me was for what I thought was a funny bank situation, at a time when many users were getting frustrated about their bank apps. It was designed to lift the Grey cloud!! Peace! Unfortunately, there times when some of us reach out too soon.
