Static IP address for Ethernet connection

I connected a USB ethernet adapter to my FP6 with /e/OS. It works with DHCP.

But now I want to connect it to a different network that doesn’t provide DHCP. How do I configure a static IP address on my FP6?

I think it has come up before that this can be changed in different places by device and version; there may be more than one switch but try Settings > :magnifying_glass_tilted_left: Search: random

I find the switch in Developer options (Moto not FP6).
