Hi!
When setting up TOTP, after entering the code in the field to test the configuration and clicking the ‘Verify’ button, nothing happens. The loading GIF just keeps spinning continuously.
Upon refreshing the page, TOTP is indicated as active, which is not the case since all logins are done with a single password. I have tested with 2 different browsers without success.
Continuing my research, I encountered a 500 error on an XHR request made when clicking the “verify” button. The request is made to this URL: https://murena.io/apps/twofactor_totp/settings/enable.
Maybe this can provide a clue to resolve this bug.
