Storage full - files got automatically deleted! Where is the Backup?

my phone just found out that it could upload all pictures it found on the sdcard. Well, that’s another topic. But I am just working on a team project for my university, using ecloud as the cloud server.
When the storage limit was reached and someone wanted to open a document, the following happened:

  1. Document opened empty.
  2. Document saved.
  3. Document stayed empty.
  4. No Backups found.

@Manoj , this seems like a quite problematic bug, causing data loss. The team immediately changed to another server being very unhappy with ecloud. Do you have any Idea how I get back my data now?
