Been trying to connect to customer support at GTECH, lines are open today between 9 and 5 pm. The phone shows 4G present but as soon as the dialling has finished the 4G symbol changes to H+ and call terminated sound appears, not even a dial tone.

Sheffield UK. Strangely ringing from the rear garden worked but not in the house. Your post reminded me of what the Circet engineer told me when we upgraded from FTTC to FTTH. Copper was originally going to be cut off at the end of this year and I had hoped to move to 4G Data for Internet. Worked fine in the morning then died after lunch. The engineer from Circet told me that 4G in Sheffield is an absolute mess!
